Buy Out/Growth Investments

• $2-$10 million of equity (will co-invest on larger deals)

• EBITDA above $2 million

• Significant growth opportunities (through new product development, geographic expansion and strategic acquisitions)

• Solid customer base that can be expanded through Carthage’s relationships

• Core management team in place
